Testimonials

“We've been using these guys for upwards of four years now, and we love them! They're communicative and honest. We went into renting out our home in WA with the understanding that one day we'd like to move back, and they've made sure the house is well taken care of. The only issues we've ever had were with our tenants, and Details does a wonderful job of mediating between us all.”

“Details Property Management does a terrific job screening our renters and keeping us informed about the prospects. Forever having a pulse on changing laws and conditions that might affect us. We are grateful for Heidi, Jonathan and staff who we have used for well over 15 years! LECO MGMT”

“We have been with Details for almost ten years, through many tenant changes, and they have been consistently attentive, responsive and fair. No complaints from this out-of-state property owner. Thank you, Heidi!”
